To Place an Order:

You can purchase with Artists' ShowCase - Online directly through the site with your credit card, or you can purchase with a check. To place an order, add the selected items to your Shopping Cart via the image detail page. Once you have completed your selections, click on View Your Cart to verify your selections on this page.

Proceed by selecting Check Out at the bottom of Your Shopping Cart page. We will ask for your billing and shipping information, including any special requirements, and your purchase order number, if appropriate. When using your credit card but shipping to an address different from your billing address, you will need to authorize this address with your credit card company in accordance with their requirements. You will see a Confirm Your Order page listing the print information, size selection with corresponding pricing and any other options you have selected, as well as shipping and sales tax fees. If this is correct and you are purchasing with your credit card, select Submit Payment Info. If paying by check, print this page and mail to The Center for Fine Art Photography, Artists' ShowCase - Online with payment.

Upon selection of Submit Payment Info, we will ask you for credit card information and whether you would like to receive email confirmation of your order. Once this page is completed and submitted you will receive a confirmation of your order.

Credit Card Purchasing:

We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express. Your account is charged at time of order placement and approval of your credit card information. If the transaction is not approved, a message will appear and you will be given the opportunity to correct any information that may have been submitted in error. Once the transaction is complete you will receive a confirmation via email within 24 hours.

You can 'Check Out' with confidence knowing that your credit card information is protected when shopping with Artists' ShowCase - Online. This website supports safe online purchasing through secure socket layer (SSL) technology using 128-bit encryption, providing the highest level of Internet security available today. To identify that you are connected to a secure server, the site address will begin with 'https' rather than 'http'.

Payment by Check:

If you prefer to use a check to purchase from Artists' ShowCase - Online, we will be happy to accommodate you. You can simply create your order form using the shopping cart. Once you have placed the items you would like in your cart, select the Checkout option. Continue through the Billing Information page to the Order Confirmation and print this page from your browser rather than continuing on through submit payment info. Mail the purchase order along with your check and shipping and contact information to:

Your order will be confirmed to you via email or telephone. Artists' ShowCase - Online will proceed with your purchase order after your check has cleared.

Sales Tax:

Sales tax is calculated for you automatically during check out. Sales tax is applicable on all orders originating within the state of Colorado on the full amount of the purchase. There is no sales tax for purchases from other states or countries.

Shipping/Delivery Time:

All unframed prints ordered from Artists' ShowCase - Online will ship to you directly from the artists. Prints typically ship out to you within three weeks from receipt of your order, with a transit time of five to seven days. If a delay is anticipated you will be notified by phone or email by Artists' ShowCase - Online.

Artists' ShowCase - Online will ship products to you via Federal Express, UPS or a carrier specializing in fine art, and will be fully insured during transit. A street address is required on all purchase orders.

Return Policy:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchases from Artists' ShowCase - Online, you may return them for full credit of the items you purchased. To receive a refund, we require that you notify us of your intent to return the items within 30 days from receipt of your purchase by calling 1-8xx-xxx-xxxx. At that time, we will provide you with the return shipping address and a recommended carrier. To receive a full refund, all items must be returned in their original condition, in the original packaging, within 45 days from receipt of your purchase and insured for their full value with the shipping agent. You will be refunded the cost of goods purchased in the same form of payment used to purchase the items within 14 business days of return receipt. If for any reason there is a discrepancy regarding the nature of the return which would delay your refund, we will contact you immediately upon receipt of the returned goods for further clarification.
Artists' ShowCase - Online can not accept returns of items that have been altered in any way from their original form. Otherwise, prints cannot be returned to Artists' ShowCase - Online unless defective or damaged in shipping.

If there is a defect or shipping damage to your print, notify us immediately by calling toll free at 1-8xx-xxx-xxxx. We also ask that you save the original packaging materials. If shipping damage has occurred, we will arrange to have the product picked up and inspected. In situations where there is a defect or shipping damage, we will replace your purchase or, at our discretion, refund you the price of the goods by means of a credit to your charge card account, or via refund check if that was your original form of payment. Artists' ShowCase - Online will cover the return shipping fees for all damaged or defective orders, or shipments of any incorrect items.

We offer trade pricing and personal service to assist you in fulfilling your clients' needs and wants. Artists' ShowCase - Online is a resource to assist in finding just the right photographic fine art prints for clients. The gallery displays a limited selection of work from each of the artists. If there is a style you feel appropriate for your project, contact us to discuss that project in detail and allow us to work with you and the artists to provide just the right prints, either from the gallery, the artists' personal collections or original commissions.

At Artists' ShowCase - Online, we understand that your business is to service your clients. We will make it easy for you to have the tools you need for presentations, such as printed sample sheets, additional information on prints or artists and pricing information.
